AHECS was founded on the principle of being stronger together and the Co-operative Sector Cybersecurity Collaboration Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) seeks to formalise the comradery already present across the AHECS network. The MOU seeks to establish a commitment between peers to work together towards shared cybersecurity goals across three key focus areas:
- Sharing analytical exchanges on threats, incidents, and trends.
- Actively contributing to the sector cybersecurity community.
- Assisting peer Institutions impacted by a significant cybersecurity incident.
