How criminals prepare for ransomware

As cybersecurity professionals, protecting our organisations from cybercrime takes more than having the right tools, training, and software. We also need to understand what we are protecting, and what we are protecting it from. Understanding more about how criminals prepare for a ransomware campaign, what applications they use or misuse, and how they get their information, all important elements in strengthening our cybersecurity stance against cybercrime.
